    Can I use my own contractor?

    Yes. There are no restrictions on contractors. If you approve them, we approve them!

    Will my contractor use this?

    With a straightforward process at no additional cost, any upstanding contractor willing to have their work inspected should be happy to use us.

    What if I need project details a year from now?

    Everything is documented and stored — photos, milestone approvals, inspection records, and financial details. You'll have a complete project record you can reference long after the last nail is hammered.

    What if I have multiple projects?

    No problem. You can create and manage multiple projects under your account, each with its own milestones, funding, and documentation.

    What if a milestone fails inspection?

    You and the contractor will receive a report detailing what needs to be corrected, and the contractor will upload photos and/or documentation demonstrating the issues have been corrected. The inspector will then provide approval.

    Can I fund each milestone instead of the entire project?

    In order to guarantee a great experience for both you and your contractor, we require projects to be fully funded.
